Ett tråkigt meddelande som jag känner mig tvungen att lägga ut. Har tyvärr blivit lurad själv och tycker denna kille inte ska få fortsätta att lura folk. Läs detta och begrunda verkligheten är än värre än detta mail berättar.

Dmitry och hans medbrottslingar som stack från Simrishamn utan att betala mig eller för sitt boende. Bokade också mycket mer fiske utan at betala någonting. En riktig klassisk skurk.

This is a warning message regarding fraudulent activity of Dmitry Matveev.
I sent this message to you because I had found your name in the list of Dmitry’s friends.
Dmitry Matveev is known in Russia as a fraud artist who cheated people in many ways among which his favorites are as follows:
– selling fishing/diving tours to tourists. People make prepayment to Dmitry and on arrival they find out that they are not welcome there
– selling fishing boats, prepayment scheme fraud
– selling rental boats/fishing equipment to people
– cheating fishing guides/companies, who agreed on delayed payment for their services
Some people that I know took legal actions against Dmitry in Russian courts and won their suitcases however bailiffs failed to get any money from him as he does not have any assets in Russia. For example group of divers recently won the case of 8 mio Roubles (USD 200,000) that they gave to Dmitriy as pre-payment for their diving tour. And they are still running after him.
Russian fishing/yachting/nautical magazines broke up cooperating with Dmitry as an author because of his notorious reputation. TV channels did the same.
So his activities in Russia are very limited now and I notice that he concentrates on fishing tours to European countries as Finland or Sweden. I know at least one man who has been already cheated by Dmitry. Fishing guide Johan Abelson, Abelfishing was not paid for his services and fishing when Dmitry brought a group of Russian fisherman to him.
Please try to avoid dealing with Dmitry, don’t believe any promises and insist on full pre-payment if you decide to have business with him.
In my opinion crooks like him should not get any support from people in our fishing/yachting world.
